Nice :)

Sounds very professional and has a lot, but not too much, of the original in it. Great job :) I can tell that you put a lot of work into this.

My only criticism would be on the fact that kick drum's pattern changes when the theme comes in (like on :44.) It throws things off a bit. I would have preferred if it stuck with a steady four-to-the-floor beat.

Keep up the great work!

FRAYDO responds:

I figured if I kept the same beat throughout, it'd be too boring. Gotta mix it up y'know? :)

Thanks for your review.

okayish

i'm with charmanzer below. the kick needs more....erm, kick

drums not big enough...

really like the synths that come in around 0:42 it's okay. i expected something more out of the drums, though ...

DeadlySinner responds:

Cheers for the review dude, Yeah the drums aren't anything exciting.. It really was just messing around as I never have really created anything like this before, I will take that In mind though

Great

You have a talent for ambient. I love it. Great job. Very hypnotic. I'd really like to hear what it sounds like with lyrics!

Psylence2012 responds:

Thanks man!!

lol

crappy, lol. for that you get a ten...actually, a nine ;). you should check out my song "macaroni and gabber" it's even worse ;)

anyway, speaking of gabber, check out my newest song. (yes, the candy rainbow one)

Love the kick

The first kick is awesome. The second isn't as aggressive, but it's still pretty nice! Great job. Can't wait to hear what you do with this.

Also, @InvisibleObserver below, it was a test for the kick, not a song.

One suggestion

when you are going to drop all of the synths, you could maybe make some indication. it's weird to just have everything drop to a kick and a filtered synth without warning. =/

other than that, great job. i love it!

nice synths in the beginning

really good song. i absolutely love that kick. how did you make it? don't...don't say you sampled it. THAT'S CHEATING!!! ;)

anyway, the synths in the beginning and end are great. hoovers ftw!

and where have i heard that "freeze" before...?

ZOMGBIE responds:

The Kick is actually several kicks I combined, distorted, and used overdrive. Took forever to actually get it to punch nice and clean but nasty at the same time. As for the freeze, totally kinda borrowed Dark Oscillators' structure. But thanks a bunch for the review

Kick

Nice and rolly kick. I REALLY like that kick. Tell me how you did it ^^

But I noticed clipping. You should get a limiter or compressor on the main channel to fix that ;)

--alex

Great. I love it

You did a really good job. I especially like the build-up.

But I noticed some clipping throughout the song :/ . You might want to fix that with a limiter or a compressor or something. those things bug me...maybe I should go into mastering o.o

But the kick in the beginning was really good. Nice and thumpy. How did you do it? i was never really good with kicks (except nu-style :) )

Anyway great job. Keep up the great work.

HARDSTYLE NEVER DIES! X)

XXMisterFiyahXX responds:

Indeed it doesn't! Anyway, I downloaded Blutonium Boy's Hardstlye Pack on bitTorrent. It's easy to use, and I suggest people to start using it. Thanks for the input!
